This inmate, Elisha Jenkins (known as Eli Jenkins) escaped from custody at our jail (Cannon County Sheriff's Department) in Tennessee. ANYONE caught with him WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent!! Any information on his whereabouts will be kept confidential.
