PrintBilly Joe Mooneyham, 61, passed away Monday, September 20 at Vanderbilt Hospital following a short illness. A native of Cannon Co., he was preceded in death by his father, Willie Howard Mooneyham and his siblings, Carl, Ernest, Linda and James Howard Mooneyham.
He is survived by his mother, Ms. Janie Mooneyham of Woodbury; his children, Gary (Renee) Mooneyham of Murfreesboro, Misty Dodd of Woodbury, Stephanie Mooneyham of Woodbury and Dustin Mooneyham of Monroe, GA.; Siblings, Frances Buse, Sherry Reed, Melba Mooneyham, Joe & Doyle Mooneyham all of Woodbury; Grandchildren, Michael, Jessica and Zac Mooneyham.
A member of the Baptist Church, he was a press operator at Jefferson-Smurfit.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Wednesday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Hill Cemetery.
