The Cannon County Emergency Medical Service added a new piece of equipment to its fleet today.

CCEMS Director Ricky Cope traveled to Shelbyville today to pick up the new vehicle, a 2011 Chrevrolet G4500 Ambulance Remount.

The ambulance was purchased from Select-Tech, Inc. at a cost of $77,734.
