NOTICE TO CREDITORS

 

Estate of Louis Gene Primavera

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of May, 2014, letters of administration in respect of the estate of Louis Gene Primavera, deceased, were ussed to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

 

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated July 20, 2011, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded July 21, 2011, at Book 133, Page 336 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Donna Seymour, conveying certain property therein described to Arnold M. Weiss, Esq. as Trustee for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee will, on June 27, 2014 on or about 3:45 P.M., at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Cannon County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

A certain tract or parcel of realty situated in the Eighth (8th) Civil District of Cannon County, Tennessee, and being bounded and described as follows, to wit:

Bounded on the North by the lands of Mears, now Christopher J. Young, (Record Book 102, Page 848); bounded on the South by the Iconium-Manustown Road; bounded on the East by the lands of Johnson, now Cecil Todd, (Record Book 86, Page 354), and, bounded on the West by the lands of Mears, now Harold A. Porter, Jr., (Record Book 100, Page 386), Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee.

In this cause, it appearing from the complaint which is sworn to that the residence of Charlotte Gentry is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, she is hereby required to appear on or before June 13, 2014, before the undersigned Clerk and Master and make defense to the complaint and serve a copy of her Answer on Plaintiff’s attorney, Dale W. Peterson, 215 West High Street, Woodbury, TN 37190 or otherwise judgment by default will be taken against her for the relief demanded in the complaint.
