By ORDER of the Chancery Court Clerk, and based upon the affidavit submitted it appears that the residence of the Respondent, Kerry Marie Cain Pannarella, is unknown and after diligent inquiry cannot be ascertained pursuant to T.C.A. 21-1-203. This matter is a Petition for Partition Sale for the real property located at 7449 Short Mountain Road, Woodbury, Cannon County, Tennessee 37190, of which Respondent may have an interest.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that service upon the Respondent shall be by publication in lieu of personal service pursuant to T.C.A. 21-1-204, and such publication shall be published at least once per week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Cannon Courier.
It is ORDERED that Respondent, Kerry Marie Cain Pannarella, shall make appearance before the Court on or before the 28th day of July, 2014 at 9:00a.m. in the Chancery Court for Cannon County or at that time default may be taken in this matter.
