Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §§21-1-203 and 21-1-204 appearing from allegations of the Petition in this cause, being sworn to or from affidavit, that the Respondent, Danny R. Waggoner, cannot be served with the ordinary process of law, as after diligent inquiry the whereabouts of the Defendant cannot be ascertained.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:

1. Defendant, Danny R. Waggoner, enter an appearance thirty (30) days after the last publication and file an answer to the Petition, as well as appear before the Cannon County Juvenile Court on July 26, 2016 at l :00 PM.; and
2. A copy of this order is to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Cannon Courier, with the Defendant's last known address being 4234 Auburntown Road, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 10, 2012, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 14, 2012, in Book No. 143, at Page 94, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Earley Rains, conveying certain property therein described to Tri Star Title Co., LLC as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Mortgage Services, LLC, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, will, on September 8, 2016 on or about 12:00 PM, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. LOCATED, lying and being in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Cannon County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a pipe found in the Southerly margin of the Old McMinnville Highway, said pipe is S-E 800'+- from the center line of Short Street. Thence with the southerly margin of the Old McMinnville Highway South 65 degrees, 09 minutes, 14 seconds East 258.08 feet to a pipe found at Brown's N-W corner. Thence with Brown's westerly boundary South 28 degrees, 23 minutes, 44 seconds West 139.51 feet to an iron pin found at Bielawski's N-W corner and Jennings' N-E corner. Thence with Jennings' Northerly boundary North 76 degrees, 29 minutes, 06 seconds West 187.40 feet to an iron pin found in Stewart's Easterly boundary. Thence with Stewart's Easterly boundary North 04 degrees, 23 minutes, 04 seconds East 187.92 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.81 acres, more or less, according to a survey by Franklin D. Barnes, RLS #1670, dated 20 Feb. 1997.
