Reckless endangerment, assault cases heard

Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Connor Dahne Godshall pled guilty to reckless driving. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 5 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Jamie Jones pled guilty to reckless endangerment. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs. In another case Jones pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Lena Ann Jones pled guilty to assault. She was sentence to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

Stephanie Mooneyham agreed to the violation of her probation. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail and her probation was extended 11 months 29 days.

Jonathan Ryan Smith pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on probation and ordered to pay the costs.
Tabitha Smith agreed to the violation of her probation. She was sentenced 7 days in jail and her probation was extended 11 months 29 days.

Tiffany Hobbs pled guilty to driving on a suspended license 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 6 days, equal time on probation, paying a $100 fine and the costs.


Cannon County Sheriff's Department
Robert Lewis Brittner was charged with driving without a license and with driving with no proof of insurance by Deputy Randy Wildes. Brittner was then released to Rutherford County on two violation of probation charges.

Stacie Leann Pitts was charged with driving on a revoked license, registration violation and lack of insurance.

Warrants Served
Cindy Rose, violation of probation (passing worthless checks).

Dewayne Lowe Travis was served with a capias warrant.

Jamie Renee Jones was served with a capias.

Lena Ann Jones was served with a capias (aggravated assault).
James Nelson, violation of probation (passing worthless checks.)

Chase McKenzie Heath, amended violation of probation.

Crystal Lynn Insel, violation of probation.

Jimmie Barnes II, violation of probation.

Aubrey Barlow was charged with theft under $500 and criminal trespass.

Theft Reported
Deputy Paul Reid investigated the theft of wrenches and landscape shovels from a home on Carole Ann Drive.

Woodbury Police
Deborah L. Derrick was charged with DUI, first offense, by Patrolman Chris Brown. A hearing is set for July 15 in General Sessions Court.

Luis M. Abundis Rodriguez was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for June 10.

Cory Foster was charged with driving on a suspended license, fourth offense, by Patrolman Brent Brock. A hearing is set for July 15.
