One of the big hurdles of the fall sports season will be the number of forfeitures and cancellations due to COVID-19.
According to Director of Schools William Curtis, Friday night's football season and home opener between Cannon County and White County has been cancelled due to a White County football player testing positive for COVID-19.
Cannon will attempt to open the season September 4th at Warren County.
