MURFREESBORO - The Blue Raider Athletic Association has announced the last remaining tickets for the November 25 Breakfast of Champions event are on-sale and will be available until Friday. The Breakfast of Champions is slated for 8:30-9:30 a.m. November 25 featuring Blue Raider head coach Rick Insell and Tennessee head coach Pat Summitt.

Election ballots for the Cannon County Farm Service Agency’s local committee election have been mailed to all eligible voters in Local Administrative Area # 2. Ballots must be completed and returned in person or postmarked no later than December 7, 2009.

A woman arrested in June 2008 by the Cannon County Sheriff's Department during its discovery of a marijuana growing operation has filed a lawsuit against the county.
