MURFREESBORO - Middle Tennessee ended the 2009 football season with its highest ranking in both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll. Both polls unveiled their final rankings Friday morning.

Cannon County’s home District 8-AA games with Upperman have also been postponed to a later date as snow continued to fall across Cannon County Friday morning, putting another blanket on top of what was already covering the ground. Also, the benefit for Jimmy Young that was scheduled at Hollow Springs Community Church for Saturday night has been temporarily canceled due to the inclement weather.
