Brenda Joyce Farless Williams, 70, of Woodbury passed away Sun., August 11, 2019 at Concordia Nursing Home, Carthage, TN. A native of Cannon Co., she was the daughter of the late Luther and Evelyn Hensley Farless.

She is survived by her sons, Scottie Underwood of OH. and Jeff Underwood of Woodbury; grandchildren, Cameron (Keelea) Adams, Karina Adams and Calia Adams; great grandchildren, Cruz Adams, Kenden Koler and Weston Koler; siblings, William Farless of Auburntown, Lois (Jim) Davis of Pleasant Shade and Susan (Jerry) Parker of Shelbyville. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Rusty Underwood and siblings, Linda Gunter, Paula Byrd and Gary Farless. Brenda was retired and worked most of her life as a waitress. She was a member of the Centerhill Baptist Church and was baptized in June 1963 at Dillon St. Baptist Church when she was 13 years old. Brenda loved her family and her church family. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and listening to gospel music. Funeral Services will be 1 pm Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell and Bro. Rannie Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the Prater Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1 pm until 8 pm Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019.
