Cannon County has been on the losing end of two lawsuits as final decisions were made recently.
On December 2nd, Judge Larry "Bart" Stanley Jr. awarded three plaintiffs a total of $500,000 in a civil sexual harassment suit against the county's ambulance service.
December 10th, Judge Don R. Ash dismissed the county's lawsuit against Pemberton Trucking alleging breach of contract.
