The Arts Center of Cannon County announces Auditions for the Tennessee Premier of Deborah Brevoort’s Blue-Sky Boys:
Sunday, August 8th at 2:00PM
Monday, August 9th at 6:00PM
Ever wonder how we got to the moon? Experience the imaginative and somewhat unorthodox creative process used by a group of maverick engineers to accomplish the seemingly impossible task of landing men on the moon and returning them safely to earth. With visits from the likes of Apollo, the Red Baron, Galileo and Buck Rogers, this thrilling and amazing adventure of the race for space is full of surprises. Sometimes the best way to find a real world solution is to dream it.
Auditions for The Arts Center’s production of this comedy will be held at The Arts Center on Sunday, August 8th at 2:00PM and Monday, August 9th at 6:00PM. Director Dr. Darryl Deason has great roles available for 7 adult males. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Production dates are October 8-23.
The Arts Center is located on 1424 John Bragg Highway, just west of the town of Woodbury, approximately 20 minutes from Murfreesboro, Manchester, and McMinnville and one hour southeast of Nashville.
