Attitude Adjustment: Brothers Battle, One Charged

A recent altercation between two brothers led to the arrest of one.

Woodbury Assistant Police Chief Kevin Mooneyham was called to 925 Trail St., Woodbury, on April 30 in reference to two boys fighting.

Upon arrival he found that Justin Mingle and his brother Nathan had gotten into an altercation over there being no room in the refrigerator.

Nathan struck Justin on the right cheek, causing visible bruising and swelling.

Nathan stated the Justin wasn't pulling his weight and that he was tired of his (Justin's) attitude.

After it was determined Nathan Mingle was the primary aggressor, he was charged with domestic assault. His initial court date is June 14.
