Billie Cummings Barrett, 86, of Woodbury passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford. A native of Cannon Co., she was the daughter of the late Issac Cummings & Lilly Bell Campbell Cummings.

She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Clark and her husband, Adam of Woodbury; grandchildren, Deanna Pemberton, Shalynn Clark and Jacob Clark; great grandchildren, Keely Pemberton, Adaleigh Clark and Ezekiel Clark and her sister, Shirley Young and her husband, Felson of Woodbury.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Barrett; her daughter, Jolene Pemberton and siblings, Dorothy (Edward) Tucker and Radene Frazier.

Ms. Billie was a member of the Sunny Hills Baptist church and a homemaker. She was the best cook, loved watching birds and reading. Above all, she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Prater Cemetery. Visitation with her family will be Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 4 pm until 8 pm.
