Billy Ellis, 86, of Woodbury, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. He was born in Jefferson City, Tennessee on May 21, 1938. Preceding him in death were his parents, Charles McKindley Ellis and Elizabeth Magnolia Murr Ellis.
