Buddy Clark Cunningham, 71

Funeral services for Buddy Clark Cunningham, 71, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 7 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Brother Billy Akers officiating. Burial will be at Thyatira Cemetery with Woodbury Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Cunningham died Tuesday, August 4 at Centennial Medical Center after a short illness. A native of Cannon County, he resided in Readyville, Tn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Helen Knox Cunningham and his sister, June Jernigan. A member of the Baptist Church, he was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Akers Cunningham of Readyville; children, Jonda Earls of Ashland City, Jennifer Damron of Nashville, Johnny Damron of Nashville, Jeffery Damron of Murfreesboro, and Joseph Damron of Smyrna; a brother, Kenny Cunningham of Readyville and a sister, Glenda Valerio of Woodbury; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation is from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6.
