A Pleasant Ridge Road man faces an unpleasant situation after being charged with a variety of crimes recently.
Roger Edward Bogle, 2712 Pleasant Ridge Road, Wodbury, was stopped at six minutes after midnight on Oct. 10 while driving on McMinnville Highway (70S) by Woodbury Police Sgt. John Howse.
During the stop, Bogle was unable to perform a field sobriety test as demonstrated, according to the citation taken out by Sgt. House.
Bogle admitted to Sgt. House drinking two drinks and taking two 10 mg. Lortab and a 350 mg. Soma, according to the citations.
Bogle was charged with DUI 1st offense and Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance.
Bond was set at $2,500. Bogle is scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Nov. 9.
