DTC Announces New Service Hours

ALEXANDRIA, TN, MARCH 26, 2012 — Beginning Monday, April 2, 2012, you’ll be able to call or visit your local DTC office during new hours.

Craig Gates, Chief Executive Officer for DTC, stated,  “After surveying our customers to determine the hours that would  be most convenient for them, our hours of operation are  changing.”

To better serve you, DTC will now be open Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Gates said, “DTC’s mission statement is To be the premium service provider that adds value to all our customers’ needs by exceeding their expectations. Changing the hours our customers can place orders, pay their bills, and view the variety of services DTC provides is just one more way to better meet our customers’ needs.”

DTC Communications is a member owned telephone cooperative established in 1951. The cooperative supplies communication, entertainment, and security products and services to residential and business customers primarily throughout Middle Tennessee.
