Eight Plead Guilty To Violating Probation

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Jason M. Brown pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Ricky Manier pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 46 days in jail.

Allison Parton Blair pled guilty to violation of probation.  Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.  In another case, Parton pled guilty to another charge of violation of probation.  Her probation was extended and she was ordered to pay court costs.

Daniel Rainey pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to pay court costs.

Charles Roberts pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 90 days.  In another case, Roberts pled guilty to criminal trespassing.  He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation and paying the court costs.

Michael Roller pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Paul Frank Rumsey pled guilty to violation of probation.  His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.

Ila Kay Smith pled guilty to violation of probation.  Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.

Those defendants not mentioned above but listed on the docket either failed to appear or had their cases reset.
