James Clark Rogers

James Clark Rogers age 84 of Murfreesboro died March 30, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Mr. Rogers was a native of Cannon County and son of the late Aubrey T and Era Underwood Rogers.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Charles Mullins, Bro. Mike Gann and Larry Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Thyatira Cemetery.

Mr. Rogers is survived by one sister Lois Rogers Bush of Murfreesboro and two special friends Larry and Don Reed. Mr. Rogers was a member of the Bradyville Church of Christ and was retired supervisor of Greer of Smyrna. Mr. Rogers was a 1942 graduate of Cannon County high school and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
