James Kenneth Johnson

James Kenneth Johnson, 60, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 02, 2014 at Alvin C. York Medical Center. He was a native of Rutherford Co.

He is survived by his children, James Robert Johnson of Shelbyville, Tabitha Johnson of Maryville, Shannon Johnson Bauer, Stephen Johnson, Kenneth Allen Johnson, and Kayla Johnson all of Murfreesboro; Siblings: Billy Barrett and Robert Johnson both of Murfreesboro, Thomas Johnson of Leanna, Marilyn Armistead and Doris Bess both of Christiana and Lisa Farrar of Rockvale; Also surviving are 9 grandchildren.

He was a member of the Baptist church, a retired cook and a veteran of Vietnam where he served in the Navy.

Graveside Service will be 2 pm Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014 at Manus Cemetery with Bro. Paul Smith officiating.Visitation with the family will be from 10 am - 1:30 pm Saturday, Dec. 06, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
