Whereas, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on June 22, 2006 by Javier Ibarra and Sandra Ibarra to Mary Ruth Tackett, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee in Book 87, Page 502, recorded June 22, 2006, ("Deed of Trust"); and
