Legion to play tribute to Milan Tucker

There will be a meeting of the American Legion Post 279, Woodbury on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at the Senior Citizens Center in Woodbury. Dinner will be served at 5:45 p.m. and the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

A "Post Everlasting Ceremony" will be conducted in honor and memory of Legionnaire Milan Tucker.

We will be discussing our on-going projects, Boys/Girls State, Oratorical Contest, the Kansas City Bar-b-que Professional, backyard, and kids cookoff competition, our veterans projects, our youth projects, and our community projects.
