Lenwood Campbell

Lenwood Campbell, 88, of Woodbury passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at his home following an extended illness. Born in Cannon Co., he was the son of the late Landon and Beulah Mae Phillips Campbell.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda Smith Campbell of Woodbury; his children, Sharon Kay (Kevin) Duncan of Woodbury, Donna Jeanine (Kasey) Jacobs of Smithville and Matthew (Angie) Campbell of Smithville; grandchildren, Brandon (Hannah) Duncan, Eric Campbell (Samantha Smith), Brandy Campbell (Dustin Cheeks), William Campbell (Angela Brewer), Nicholas (Courtney) Campbell, Heather (Brandon) Harper, Jacob, Emma, Aubree, Khloe and Eli Campbell and Lacey Foster, special friends, Karen & David Furches. Also surviving are 17 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Ora Lee Gunter, Mazel Gannon, Nora Mae Keaton, Jesse, Johnny, J.T. and Wayne Campbell and granddaughters, Abigal and Pasilee Campbell.

Lenwood was a Deacon at Plainview Baptist church and was retired from Bell Construction. Lenwood loved to work, mow yards and spend time with his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Plainview Baptist church with Bro. Johnathan Womack and Bro. Rick Lee officiating. Interment will follow in the Blues Hill cemetery.

His family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 11, 2024 and Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. all to be held at Plainview Baptist church.
