PrintLionel Lee Lulow, 76, died Wednesday, April 6,2011 at DeKalb Community Hospital.
A resident of Liberty, TN, he was born in Meadow Grove, Neb.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Nancy Lulow of Liberty, TN; four sons, William (Jaci) Of Altamont Springs, Fl., Robert (Audrey) Lulow of Woodbury, James Lulow of MI and Eric Lulow of Washington, D.C.; a daughter, Jeri Lynn (Kevin) Gail of FL and sister, Yolanda Sawaya of MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Anna Rahde Lulow.
A supervisor with Ford Motor Co., Mr. Lulow retired in 1986 and moved to Woodbury, where he built his own home. He was a Band leader for over 25 years and played Semi-Pro football.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2011 with Eric Lulow officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2011.
