Cannon County's own, Lacey Buchanan will be the guest speaker for the Woodbury Lions Club at their regular meeting on Monday,  Sept. 10.

Lacey and her husband Chris are the parents of a special needs child, Christian. Christian is partially blind among other special needs he has. Lacey will share her story and bring awareness to others about blindness and how it affects other needs.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.

Guests are welcome, but must call 563-2554 to reserve a meal.

The Woodbury Lions Club main objective is sight conservation and preservation. A part of Lions Club International, they are the world's largest service organization.
