Friday marked plea day for those defendants indicted during the May, 2010 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. Those persons entering pleas during Friday’s session included:
Katherine Y. Goodman pled not guilty to the charges of two counts of sale of schedule 2 drugs and maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell schedule drugs. She was reset for August 20, 2010.
Gregory Jason Porter pled not guilty to the charges of two counts of sale of schedule 4 drugs and maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell schedule drugs. He was reset for August 20, 2010.
George Manus pled not guilty to the charges of sale of schedule 3 drugs, two counts of casual exchange of schedule drugs and maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell schedule drugs. He was reset for August 20, 2010.
Donna Falkenback pled not guilty to the charges of two counts of sale of schedule 4 drugs and maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell drugs. She was reset for August 20, 2010.
Michael Sanders pled guilty to two counts of driving on a revoked license. He was sentenced to a total of 1 year in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 96 hours in jail, paying a $100.00 fine and paying the court costs.
Wendy Marie Thomas pled not guilty to the charges of promotion of the manufacture of methamphetamine and initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine. She was reset for August 20, 2010.
Kirk Wayne Wilson pled not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, driving while license revoked and driving while a habitual motor vehicle offender. He was reset for August 20, 2010.
Robert A. Deffendoll pled guilty to the charge of burglary. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison as a range 1, 30 percent offender. He was ordered to serve his entire sentence.
Camren J. Deffendoll pled not guilty to the charges of burglary and theft. He was reset for August 20, 2010.
Jonathan W. Johnson entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charges of aggravated burglary and evading arrest. He was placed on supervised probation for 3 years and ordered to pay the court costs and restitution.

Tammie Thompson was arraigned on the charge of sale of schedule drugs. Her case was reset for plea day on August 20, 2010.
Deborah E. Smithson was arraigned on charges of two counts of sale of schedule II drugs and maintaining a vehicle to keep, use or sell schedule drugs. She was reset for plea day on August 20, 2010.
Lisa Pyles pled guilty to the charges of theft over $500.00, passing a worthless check over $500.00 and 12 counts of misdemeanor passing a worthless check. She received a 4 year prison sentence and was ordered to pay restitution to the victims. A suspended sentence hearing was set for August 20, 2010.
