Following are the latest arrest and incident reports as filed by the Woodbury Police Department and the Cannon County Sheriff Department. Readers are advised that an allegation or report of a crime does not necessarily constitute a crime, or that one took place. All persons accused of crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Cannon County Sheriff's Department Incident Reports
02.09.2010 — Lt. Brad Hall and PIO Andy Bryson arrested Joy F. Alexander at 3908 Woodbury Pike for bad checks.
02.09.2010 — Deputy Eric Moss and PIO Andy Bryson arrested Kristina Bowman at 866 West Trimble Rd. for bad checks.
02.09.2010 — Deputy Eric Moss served an arrest warrant on Jamie England for bad checks at 24 Melton Lane.
02.09.2010 — Deupty Patrick Fann responded to possible shots fired into a home at 852 Sunny Slope Road. There Candice Miller reported that she'd heard a loud crash in the bedroom and found the window had been busted with a rock. The window of their Ford Explorer had also been broken with a rock. Mr. Tommy Miller reported seeing an older Maxima park at the bridge near his home for a few minutes. Investigation is ongoing.
02.10.2010 — Albert Summers served a warrant on Jackie Lynn Bogle for violation of probation.

02.11.2010 — Deputy Anthony Young responded to a burglary at 6770 Dug Hollow Road where Paul Simon Jr. reported their home had been broken into. Missing were several guns, medications, a color printer, and a jar of pennies among other things.
02.11.2010 — Albert Summers served a warrant on Kimberly Lynn Moore for violation of probation.
02.11.2010 — Deputy Brandon Gullett responded to foot prints on the sidewalk near Cindy Boals home. Mrs. Boals' home had been broken into twice recently and she was worried about the muddy prints on the sidewalk. Gullett took photos of the prints and set up an extra patrol for her home.
02.11.2010 — Deputy Brandon Gullett was dispatched to 182 New Street for a suspicious vehicle. There Corey Davenport reported that a number of strange things had happened around his residence lately. On 02.08.2010 Mr. Davenport saw a maroon Altima leave his driveway and on 02.09.2010 his dog alerted him to an approaching car. An extra patrol was set up.
02.12.2010 — Deputies Reed Bryson and Randy Neal arrested Samuel Fabozzi at 107 Parker Street on a warrant for his failure to appear at his 02.11.2010 court date.
02.13.2010 — Deputies Tommy Barker and Patrick Fann responded to a possible prowler at 902 Sunny Slope. There Erin Miller reported being woken up at 05:30 hrs by the sound of someone breaking into the back door. Deputies were unable to find any sign of someone outside the property and set up an extra patrol for the residence.
02.14.2010 — Deputies Randy Neal and Eric Moss served an arrest warrant on Michael Butcher at 1283 Myrtle Road.
02.14.2010 — A number of firearms and a chainsaw were found missing from Robert Eisenman's property. Deputy Reed Bryson responded and took a report. Eisenman suspects that his son William took the items.
02.14.2010 — Deputy Randy Neal responded to vandalism at 350 Burt Burgen Road. There Thomas Keller reported that someone had broken his mailbox between 10:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs by throwing a beer bottle into it.
02.16.2010 — Deputies Brandon Gullett and Matt Parsley came upon a ditched vehicle while on patrol on Pea Ridge Rd. The operator Dori Leigh Mooneyham was found to have a suspended license and was charged with driving on a suspended license 1st offense.
Woodbury Police Department Incident Reports
02.09.2010 — Christopher A. Turley was charged with harassment after making a number of calls.
02.09.2010 — Johnathan Wayne Johnson was charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property after entering the home of Roy Nichols and taking a number of firearms.
02.10.2010 — Thomas Matthew Kestner was charged with schedule VI possession after officers found a green leafy substance in his home. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
02.10.2010 — Donald Glenn Page was charged with driving on a revoked license.
02.12.2010 — Jessica Renee Stephens was charged with driving on a suspended license.
02.12.2010 — Floyd Alan Campbell was charged with public intoxication and possession of schedule III and IV drugs.
02.14.2010 — Sandra R. Dula was charged with driving on a suspended license and making an improper lane change.
02.14.2010 — Angela Maraschiello reported that the previous evening she'd had some friends over. One guest, William Eisenman, took her 1997 Mustang without asking but she expected him to return the car. Rutherford County authorities later called and reported to Ms. Maraschiello that her vehicle had been involved in a hit and run and that the vehicle had been stopped and Mr. Eisenman arrested. A warrant was issued in Cannon for Mr. Eisenman.
02.16.2010 — Sherry Morton reported damage to a washing machine at the 100 South Ridge Apartments. It looked as if someone had forced open the door after it had become stuck.
