Two recent busts demonstrate how meth users cooperate in the manufacture and sale of the illegal drug. Arrested were Magnolia Chivon Stephens and Jeffery Dale Hensley Jr. They were both charged with manufacturing meth and
possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for Feb. 25 in General Sessions Court. In the second case, Kayla Tenay Hale and Matthew Trent Cantrell were charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of Schedule II drug for resale and sale of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
In the first case, Magnolia Stephens sent out a text message that she was looking for someone to purchase boxes of pseudo. "I then had the confidential informant to contact Magnolia back and attempt to set up a deal," reported
Investigator Brandon Gullett of the Cannon County Sheriff's Department.
