David Seiber was charged with domestic assault and public intoxication following an incident on Jim Cummings Highway. Seiber's court date is July 5 in General Sessions Court. His bond was set at $6,500.

Melissa Ann Luttrell was arrested on multiple drug-related charges by Patrolman John House. She was charged with possession of a Schedule II drug (Oxycodone), possession of a Schedule IV drug, possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and fraudulent receipt of federal food assistance. A hearing was set for June 14 in General Sessions Court.
