Print• Michael N. Barrett, 822-B Johnson Hall Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 12. Barrett was convicted on April 3, 2012 for Possession of Marijuana and was placed on probation from that date until Oct. 2, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation by being arrested on a charge of Driving While License Suspended on May 3 by the Woodbury Police Department and by failing to pay all court costs, fines and supervision fees. Balance owed is $844.50. Initial court date is June 19.
• Kimberly A. Besner, 108 E. High St., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 12. Besner was convicted of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor on May 10, 2011. Following her second revocation on April 17, 2012 she was placed on probation until Feb. 27, 2013. She has allegedly violated probation again by failing to inform her probation officer of any new arrest or citation. Besner was arrested for DUI and Violation of the Implied Consent Law by the Woodbury Police Department on May 23, 2012. She has also allegedly failed to report to her probation officer, failed to submit to random drug screens and failed to pay all costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $20,000. Initial court date is Aug. 28.
• Linda M. Pace, 47 Curlee Church Rd., Readyville, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 11. Pace was convicted of Public Intoxication on September 21, 2010. She has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to her probation officer and failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is July 10.
• Paul F. Rumsey, 4830 John Bragg Hwy., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 7. Rumsey was convicted on two counts of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs (marijuana) on Sept. 16, 2008. Following his second revocation on Nov. 30, 2010 his probation was extended until July 29, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation again by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to submit to random drug screens and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. Balance owed is $4753.00. Initial court date is June 19.
• Jeremy Lee Shea, 202 Moss Dr., McMinnville, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 4. Shea was convicted of Possession of Schedule I Drugs and Driving While License Revoked on March 3, 2009. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. Balance owed is $1,595. Initial court date is July 31.
• Wiley Thomas, 749 Jim Town Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 8. Thomas was convicted of Evading Arrest and Possession of Schedule VI Drugs on April 19, 2011. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to submit to random drug screens and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Balanced owed is $2,395. Initial court date is June 19.
• Michael Lynn Adcock, Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 13. Adcock was convicted of Evading Arrest on Sept. 27, 2011. Following his second revocation on April 17, 2012 his probation was extended for 11 months, 29 days. He has allegedly violated probation again by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to submit to random drug screens and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $10,000. Initial court date is June 26.
• Kenneth Dee Barrett, 716 Sugar Tree Knob Rd., Liberty, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 13. Barrett was convicted of DUI 1st Offense on Oct. 25, 2011. He has allegedly violated probation by being given a citation for Driving While License Revoked on May 12, 2012 in DeKalb Co. He was also failed to pay his supervision fee. Initial court date is Aug. 28.
• Monica Lee Barrett, 409 W. Adams St., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on June 14. Barrett was convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Oct. 4, 2011. She has allegedly violated probation by failing to abstain from illegal drug use after testing positive for amphetamines on May 2, 2012. She also owes $826.50 in court costs, fines and fees. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is July 31.
