Plans for new apartment complex approved

The Woodbury Planning Commission gave approval for site plans for a new apartment complex during its monthly meeting on April 16.

The Steeplechase Apartments will be constructed on Mason Court in the west end of town on Mason Court.

The complex will consist of 12 units constructed in a "L" shape with five on one side and seven on the other.

The project is headed by Sam and Greta Tune of Milton, who have estimated the construction cost at about $1.5 million.

The apartments will be one level and each will be approximately 750 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
