Sammie Sue Love

Sammie Sue Love, 80, of Nashville passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Adams Place. A native of Dekalb Co., she was the daughter of the late Herbert & Ruby Walker Love.

Sue is survived by her siblings, Hazel Love Jones of Murfreesboro, Rich (Phyl) Love of Murfreesboro and Jo Love (Keith) Dotson of White Bluff; sister-in-law, Shirley Love of Murfreesboro. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

A member of the Baptist church, Ms. Love was retired from the State of TN as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Toastmasters International.

Her family will receive friends Friday, September 6, 2024 after 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. David Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in Coleman cemetery.

Pallbearers include Richard Jones, Carson Love, Craig Love, Will Love, Eric Love and Keith Dotson.
