iServe Residential Lending, has announced the appointment of mortgage industry veteran Nathan Sanders as Marketing Director. Sanders will work from the company's Branch and East Coast Operations Center located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He'll focus on assisting the company in its aggressive growth efforts on the East Coast.
Sanders started his career with a community bank when he was 16-years old. For the next 19 years he worked for corporate banks, including a southern regional bank where he led the opening of their Middle Tennessee office. Sanders moved into the mortgage industry in 2015 where he started his marketing career.
As Marketing Director at iServe, Sanders will help loan officers achieve their professional goals and increase production. "By providing loan officers with the right marketing tools, they'll earn more revenue and increase their market share."
He believes that being part of a strong leadership team will be the key to his success. "As Marketing Director, I'm able to sit at the round table with Executive Management and discuss creative ways to serve those around me. The company has offered me the opportunity to grow as a person and in my career long-term," he said.
Sanders explained that it was the internal culture that ultimately persuaded him to make the move. "I joined the iServe family for many reasons. The first, and most exciting reason, was the family atmosphere and culture which is evident within the organization."
Sanders will work closely with iServe Branch and Eastern Regional Manager, Dennis Phillips to achieve their goals. "We're excited about Nathan joining our team," Phillips said. "Thanks to his deep industry experience, he truly understands the mindset of our consumers and partners. This will be instrumental in helping our brand stand out and reach a wider audience."

During his free time, Sanders enjoys four-wheeling, watching football, and spending time with his wife and three children at their home just outside of Murfreesboro.
