SIGNS BASEBALL SCHOLARSHIP

Evan Sharp, a senior at Cannon County High School, signed a scholarship with Cumberland University on June 26th. Sharp finished the year with a 5-3 record, 90 strikeouts, 26 walks in 55 2/3 innings. He was named to the All District Team and the Murfreesboro Daily News Journal All Area Team. Evan was coached at CCHS by Will Caster and Cody Brown and is the son of Bill and Cheryl Sharp of Woodbury.
