CCHS tennis camp dates announced
The Cannon County tennis camp will take place July 15-18 from 8:30-11 a.m. All campers receive a camp t-shirt, get to play competitive games and learn tennis fundmentals from CCHS boys and girls tennis coach Ronny Burks.
Participants may register on the first morning of the camp at the Spurlock City Park.

CCHS golf tryouts July 16
Tryouts for the CCHS boys golf team will be held at Willow Brook Golf Course, July 16, at 1 p.m.

Nine Blue Raider football games on TV
MURFREESBORO - As announced by Conference USA, two more Middle Tennessee football games have been selected for television as part of the league package.
The Blue Raiders now have nine games slated for television in 2013.
The two additions are UAB on Nov. 2 and FIU at home on Nov. 9. Both games will be broadcast on Fox College Sports (FCS) with the game at UAB scheduled for a Noon kickoff and the FIU contest set for 3 PM.
The 2013 Blue Raider television schedule consists of three national broadcasts and six regionally televised games. MT will play national games against East Carolina and Marshall with a third expected to be BYU on the road.
The Blue Raiders will appear on CSS against Memphis, FAU, and Southern Miss.
In all, five of six road games will be televised in 2013.
