Pictured is the 10 and Under girls softball team from Marshall County who won the state championship. They also competed in the Southeast Regional held in Virginia. The team was coached by Danny Hollingsworth. Samantha Prosses (far right), daughter of Steve and Sharron Prosses of Cornersville was a member of the team. Samantha is the granddaughter of Ted and Jewel Cashion of Lewisburg, great niece of Bud and Pauline Witty, Joy Scott, Guy Alexander Jr. of Woodbury and great granddaughter of the late Guy and Mary Alexander.
