This month's program will be presented by Glen Sayes, Director of the recently created Substance Abuse Solutions Department of the Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency. This department has been created and is an all-encompassing imitative to address substance misuse in all Upper Cumberland counties, which includes Cannon County. If you are a business owner, educator, treatment or recovery center, citizen or family member of someone struggling with substance abuse, this program was created for you.
