A Bradyville woman was charged with Hindering a Secured Creditor (theft) recently by the Cannon County Sheriff’s Department.

Angel Faye Hernandez, 1690 Simpson Rd., Bradyville, was arrested on Oct. 25 by Deputy Brandon Gullett after she allegedly refused to allow Cash Express to obtain possession of a 2001 white Ford F-350 which was located at her address.

The truck was blocked by another vehicle, which Hernandez would not move, according to the arrest warrant.

Cash Express had all paperwork necessary to obtain possession of the truck, the warrant states.

Bond was set at $3,000. Initial court date is Nov. 15.
